Pen and Ink style 3D Architectural Renders or Non-Photorealistic Renders (NPR)

The aerial view of the Hartland School in Dubai was created using using several post process techniques to remove color, trace the models outlines and add cross hatching to define the shadowed areas in a 3D software named Lumion . Once that was done the image was brought into Photoshop to further add post work and color grading.
