This house render was created to mimic a watercolor style for a real estate project located in Toronto Ontario Canada. The original render was done in a 3d photo realistic style but then the client asked to see it in a more traditional style but still somewhat realistic. Since the asset was already in a 3d format the process of converting the render to watercolor using Photoshop and Painter was the logical step. Several tutorials on this process can be found doing a YouTube search.
